I joined Ram Mounts as a Graphic Designer and was promoted to Lead Designer within one year. In this role, I lead a team of three designers, overseeing hiring and onboarding while providing creative direction and design reviews.

I manage projects from concept through production and play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across the company. I led the successful rollout of RAM Mounts' new brand identity, overseeing the update of hundreds of marketing and product collateral pieces.

My work includes designing a new Public Safety Solutions catalog, creating product guides, instruction sheets, trade show backdrops, and a variety of other marketing materials. I also independently learned 3D animation to create product animations that were necessary for the launch of several new products.
